While Chardonnay is the main grape, small amounts of aromatic white varieties such as Viognier, Roussanne, or Gewürztraminer are often blended in, depending on the vintage.Full-bodied and opulent, this wine appeals to those who enjoy a lush, creamy style over a crisp one. The aroma bursts with inviting notes of vanilla, pineapple, and apple pie, while the palate delivers flavors of baked apple, crème brûlée, toasted oak, and tropical fruit.
